I couldn't speak more highly of 757 Property Solutions. When something came up after closing, David made it feel like a non-issue. He didn't have to do anything, and he got right back to me and took care of it anyway. He's honest and clearly cares about doing things right. I'd feel confident having my buyers purchase a home that 757 Property Solutions has worked on or been part of, because I know they stand behind their work. I'd highly recommend David and 757 Property Solutions!

What started as an impossible situation with an inherited childhood home in need of major repairs quickly turned to an easy, beyond friendly experience with 757 Property Solutions. Brody came out and did a walk through of the property understanding the needs and made the situation very easy to understand and straight forward with an offer on the spot. He took his time and answered questions. Brody remained very respectful, super friendly, and kept a gentle spirit about him during the walk-through. Once the offer was accepted, I worked with Alexis for the transition from offer to closing. She was quick to respond and such a sweetheart making sure everything along the way was taken care of for us. I highly recommend letting 757 Property Solutions handle your property needs!!!

I contacted 757 Property Solutions after I
received a flyer in the mail. My home needed some updates and repairs. The amount I was offered, after the walk through, was acceptable. I appreciate that the close happened quickly. While waiting on the "ok to close," Alexis was very helpful. I would recommend this company if you are looking to sale a home quickly.

I can't say enough good things about Tyler and Brody at 757 Property Solutions.
My family was dealing with a condo that belonged to my grandpa and uncle, and after everything that had happened, it became something none of us were able to take on. The condo needed a lot of work, and we simply didn't have the resources, time, or money to fix everything that needed to be done. We felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn.
Then we met Tyler and Brody.
From day one, they treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. They never made us feel pressured or judged. From start to finish and far beyond, Tyler, Brody, Alexis and Jessica provided phenomenal service. I don’t know of any other business like 757 Property Solutions who would have held my hand and guided me thru the entire process of selling not one, but two homes without missing a beat or skimping on minuscule details. My husband and I were coming out of a chapter 13 bankruptcy and wanted to move to be in a better school district.
