I contacted 757 Property Solutions after I received a flyer in the mail. My home needed some updates and repairs. The amount I was offered, after the walk through, was acceptable. I appreciate that the close happened quickly. While waiting on the "ok to close," Alexis was very helpful. I would recommend this company if you are looking to sale a home quickly.

Wonderful Company!!! I can't say enough good things about Tyler and Brody at 757 Property Solutions. My family was dealing with a condo that belonged to my grandpa and uncle, and after everything that had happened, it became something none of us were able to take on. The condo needed a lot of work, and we simply didn't have the resources, time, or money to fix everything that needed to be done. We felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to turn. Then we met Tyler and Brody. From day one, they treated us with kindness, patience, and respect. They never made us feel pressured or judged. Instead, they took the time to walk us through every step of the process and kept us informed the entire way. During a very stressful and emotional time for our family, they gave us peace of mind. From start to finish and far beyond, Tyler, Brody, Alexis and Jessica provided phenomenal service. I don’t know of any other business like 757 Property Solutions who would have held my hand and guided me thru the entire process of selling not one, but two homes without missing a beat or skimping on minuscule details. It was a pleasure dealing with Tyler, Brody, Kris, and the rest of 757 Property Solutions. They made an overseas transaction very seamless. We live here in Australia and initially hesitant how we can sell our house in Virginia beach while overseas but 757 Property Solutions made it all possible and as easy as it can be. We told Brody our situation and he went to our house for an inspection, made a fair and reasonable offer that my wife and I accepted. Kris and Tyler continued to walk us through everything and made it a very smooth process. We even got to decide when exactly we want close on the house. We completed the transaction this week and it all went through without a single friction with the transaction as promised by the whole team all the while 8000 miles away. I would highly recommend 757 Property Solutions. They are definitely the some best people in their field and would be happily work with them again if ever in the future.

I have never had to use investors before. My mom passed away and trying to sell her house we came to realize that an investor was the way to go. SO the fun really starts then. Got probably 10 to 15 calls a day from all kinds of people claiming to be investors. But I called 757 properties and made an appt. Brodie came out to look at the house. He was very personable and nice. But most importantly he was very honest and a straight shooter. We had to think about his offer but soon realized they were the most fair and honest we talked to. So from the time we signed the contract til closing they went out of their way to make it easy for us. Bridge and Tyler were both awesome about calling me back when I had questions or concerns. The closing went smooth. What they said happened. No hidden fees or surprises. The law office of Spribger and Cross were also wonderful. I summary. My siblings and I are very happy with the experience and would recommend Brodie and Tyler from 757 properties
