Tyler was a partner on a resale deal. This was my 1st time doing this type of creative financing transaction and boy did he make sure it was smooth! From the first call to 757, we received an immediate response. Brody came out to the house to do a walk through and was very personable , as well as professional. After some discussion, that very same afternoon, we reached a deal and decided to sell the home. Since this was the home of our deceased father, there was a lot of emotion involved. Brody understood and preceded with understanding. About three weeks later, we were able to close. I would also like to give a shout out to Tyler with 757. As well as Tracie with the title company.
